Mindfulness Meditation

If any of this sounds like you, you could benefit from Mindfulness Meditation.

Mindfulness meditation is a skill and a practice used to remain calm, centered, and alert in the present moment. Through guided meditation and daily practice, we are able to use our breath and our somatic experience to anchor ourselves into the present moment. 

Mindfulness is invaluable tool which can greatly decrease racing thoughts, anxiety, and negative thinking patterns

When we are able to gently and compassionately notice when our mind has wandered, guide ourselves back to the present moment and successfully "unhook" ourselves from these thoughts, we can achieve an "observing mind" wherein we can remain calm, rooted, and grounded even in the most uncomfortable, uncertain, and chaotic times

 

In addition to helping you become mindful, Becky can also you guide you in the practice of yoga. Becky is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) Becky has found yoga and mindfulness to be integral to managing mental health and anxiety.
