Virtual Therapy in Los Angeles and California

At Root To Rise Therapy we are committed to providing access to individual counseling, couples counseling, and marriage therapy in Los Angeles. One way that we do this is by offering HIPAA-compliant Virtual Therapy services to clients located in Los Angeles and state-wide in California. We offer both phone and video sessions, giving both clients and our therapists the flexibility to make therapy work wherever and however we can. On video and phone sessions, we can do regular talk therapy, we can do breathing and relaxation exercises, and I can even lead you in guided meditations. We have had extremely powerful video and phone sessions with our clients. We’ve been really impressed with the power of both couples & individual video and phone sessions and we would encourage everyone to give it a try.
